FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager
Job Description
Provide support to local governments and private non-profits recovering from natural disasters through federal funding programs, specifically the FEMA PA program. Support the administrative process of the recovery program through documentation collection covering damage reports, financial records, facility maintenance, and other relevant data. Assist clients in ensuring their costs are eligible for funding based on FEMA PA program policy, process, and compliance rules. Partner with clients to contribute to project formulation efforts, creating well-crafted FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs). Contribute to other recovery efforts outside of the FEMA PA program as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or directly supporting the FEMA PA Program. 2. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration). 3. Previous experience with financial analysis and reconciliation. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). 5. Strong communication skills, including written and verbal.
