Fashion Designer – Sales, Account Management
Job Description
Utilize your fashion design expertise to expand our global business. Offer consultative strategies by applying your understanding of garment construction and materials to provide expert guidance. Ensure client designs are production-ready. Solve manufacturing challenges creatively, translating vague creative concepts into practical, high-quality production orders. Manage a high volume of interactions, from securing new business to developing existing accounts, within our CRM system. Directly contribute to company growth by achieving KPIs related to conversion rates, order value, and client lifetime value.
Qualifications
1. Background: A degree or 2+ years of experience in Fashion or Product Design. 2. Ambition: A strong desire to transition into a commercial, results-oriented role. 3. Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote team during US hours. 4. Mindset: You are curious about the 'how' and 'why' of the business. 5. Education: A degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related creative field is required. 6. Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret design files, tech packs, and manufacturing specifications. 7. Communication: Native or professional-level English proficiency with a confident, consultative approach. 8. Alignment: Must be available to work consistently during US Business Hours (EST/PST). 9. Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
