Job Description
The Network Manager (NM) is responsible for achieving sales targets for defined products. They analyze customer and account dynamics to understand their needs. They establish relationships with key accounts and identify, develop, and maintain customer networks. The NM connects customers and focuses on improving transfer and treatment structures. They plan and conduct customer projects and document interactions daily, promoting the use of new digital offerings.
Qualifications
1. Expertise in accordance with §75 German Medicines Act or a scientific degree. 2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience. 3. Knowledge in the therapy area is advantageous. 4. Strong sales abilities. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Non-hierarchical leadership abilities. 7. Sound knowledge of the healthcare system. 8. Ability to identify and build networks. 9. High level of entrepreneurial spirit and personal responsibility. 10. Strong analytical skills related to customers and supply structures. 11. Understanding of the changing customer structure. 12. Experience in acting and reacting to customer needs via F2F and digital channels. 13. Driver's license class B. 14. Fluent German, good English.
