Job Description

Engage in strategic partnership management as an Executivo de Parcerias for Mercos. Responsibilities include: • Understanding each partner's structure to identify and cultivate relationships with strategic individuals. • Defining and implementing joint customer acquisition strategies aligned with partners. • Conducting regular meetings to discuss progress, goals, and strategies. • Developing and delivering tailored training to empower partners and optimize performance. • Actively participating in partner-promoted events to enhance company visibility. • Fostering a consistent flow of client referrals from partners. • Monitoring the sales pipeline and implementations, offering necessary support and intervention. • Implementing actions to maintain partner engagement and ensure continued participation.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of client and partner portfolio management. 2. Familiarity with sales processes. 3. Ability and willingness to tutor partner companies, devising various business strategies. 4. Capability to work productively from home, managing multiple demands with responsibility for the opportunity pipeline. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6.
