Job Description

Provide personalized support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are effectively met. Manage the contract renewal process with clients. Proactively identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Actively seek new clients, understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions. Maintain constant communication with internal areas to ensure alignment and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications

1. Candidate should have experience in B2B sales. 2. Strong performance in prospecting and portfolio development. 3. Conducting commercial negotiations and evaluating market potential. 4. Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with active clients. 5. Expected proficiency in preparing joint business plans and monitoring trends and competition. 6. Ability to support clients in training, commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations. 7. Competencies for monitoring sales KPIs and preparing management reports. 8. Desirable experience in credit portfolio management, especially payroll loans.
