Job Description
Lead the digital production of a portfolio of 'House Accounts' amounting to $7M+ in yearly revenue. Ensure the profitable and efficient management of long-standing accounts, emphasizing continuous growth. Smoothly transition projects from other teams to the Ongoing Support team after initial builds or redesign launches. Identify and pursue opportunities for account development and increased project scope. Mentor and manage a team of senior and entry-level producers. Promote responsibility, teamwork, and high production standards. Advise on resources, processes, and effective delivery methods. Provide executive-level oversight to ensure quality, consistency, and operational excellence across significant projects. Take the lead on critical or complex projects as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project delivery from the initial strategy to final execution.
Qualifications
1. Possess 10+ years of production experience. 2. Have 2+ years in an Executive Producer or Head of Production role, managing portfolios of $5M+. 3. Demonstrate a track record of managing large teams, focusing on retention and consistent delivery. 4. Expertise in managing a mix of full-time employees, 'permalancers,' and freelancers across multiple projects. 5. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex programs, implementing structure and aligning teams under tight deadlines. 6. Strong understanding of agency operations, including burn rates and resource allocation. 7. Technical fluency across digital platforms, enabling strong partnership with engineering. 8. Experience with Jira and interest in using AI for workflow optimization. 9. Experience managing talent across all levels.
