Executive Assistant – Senior Leadership Team
Job Description
Seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team in Northern Europe. This role involves managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for internal and external engagements. The assistant will organize travel arrangements, handle expense reporting, and track budgets for executive activities. They will ensure that leadership meetings and engagements have the necessary meeting, event, and technology support. Acting as a trusted liaison between the Senior Leadership Team and stakeholders, the role requires timely and professional communication. The assistant will also track deliverables and key deadlines to support the execution of leadership priorities and projects, while also coordinating and supporting operational efficiency across the division in collaboration with the Divisional President’s Executive Assistant.
Qualifications
1. Executive administrative experience in a global corporate environment supporting senior or executive-level leaders. 2. Results-driven, proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency. 3. Ability to anticipate executive needs and operate with discretion and sound judgment. 4. Excellent relationship-management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and interact effectively across functions. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure. 6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and collaboration tools. 7. Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 9. 5+ years’ experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a corporate environment.
