Job Description

Manage communications with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and tracking to closure. Proactively anticipate potential needs or issues and exercise logical decision-making to maintain smooth executive operations. Serve as the main contact and provide comprehensive support, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Handle complex scheduling and global travel arrangements, including private and commercial travel, accommodations, visas, and itinerary changes with accuracy and discretion. Collaborate with assistants, functioning effectively in a multicultural, multi-time-zone, globally distributed, and remote work environment. Proactively undertake a broad range of responsibilities and gradually assume more complex tasks as the role evolves. Fulfill other duties as reasonably required in accordance with the role's purpose.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience as an executive-level support professional (EA/PA/Chief of Staff), preferably supporting top-level leaders, founders, or family offices. 2. Ability to work independently, with multitasking skills and competence in managing personal and business tasks. 3. Strong English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. 4. Comfortable interacting professionally with stakeholders at all levels. 5. Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset, with proactive thinking to resolve issues discreetly and efficiently. 6. Proven track record of reliability and trustworthiness, with references available. 7. University degree with distinction.
