Executive Assistant Associate – Operations & Project Management
Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant Associate to support our Founder & CEO in daily operations. Your responsibilities will include acting as a 'functioning memory' for the CEO, improving written communication, managing core operational processes and communication systems, and helping implement tools and SOPs for the leadership team. You will also triage emails, coordinate client communication, maintain the CRM system, organize personal documents, and document/improve workflows.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives as an EA, Operations Coordinator, or similar role. 2. Exceptional written communication skills, stronger writer than the executive. 3. Proven ability to follow and replicate structured formats. 4. Strong organizational and execution skills. 5. Comfortable acting as a memory system for a fast-moving CEO. 6. Strong organizational instincts and follow-through. 7. Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and communication style. 8. Ability to work with systems and SOPs. 9. Capability to anticipate needs and provide context-based assistance. 10. Able to handle confidential information responsibly. 11. Tech-comfortable and adaptable to evolving systems and tools. 12. Thrives in high-accountability environments. 13. Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet and a modern home office setup.
