Excess and Surplus Tax Filing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an Excess and Surplus (E&S) Tax Filing Specialist to be responsible for gathering, reviewing, and organizing the necessary documents for E&S tax filings. You will process and prepare E&S tax filing submissions with precision and in a timely manner. This role requires ensuring compliance with state-specific surplus lines tax requirements, maintaining accurate records of filings and supporting documents. You'll also coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to obtain necessary information and monitor filing timelines while following up on any pending requirements.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in E&S tax filing, including document gathering and processing. 2. Hands-on experience using Inscipher for tax filing. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Ability to manage multiple filings and meet strict deadlines. 5. Good organizational and documentation skills.
