Events Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Manager to develop and execute an annual events strategy that aligns with Charlie Health's core business objectives. This role involves managing the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept to execution and post-event analysis. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a consistent schedule of events, overseeing logistics (attendee tracking, presentation support, and reporting), and managing relationships with vendors. You will collaborate closely with marketing, outreach, and communications teams to promote events, develop engaging materials, and connect with target audiences. Setting and monitoring performance metrics to ensure events meet key objectives, such as sign-ups, attendance, and engagement, is a crucial part of this role. Staying informed about behavioral health trends is also essential for identifying potential event topics.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management. 2. Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous. 3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting on event metrics. 5. Expertise in both in-person and virtual event hosting, with a focus on hybrid experiences. 6. A strong desire to transform behavioral healthcare. 7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. 8. If based in NYC, a hybrid model of 4 days per week is required.
