Lead Morpho's event strategies to boost our brand presence. Key responsibilities include: * Managing the full event calendar from start to finish. * Conceptualizing and executing hosted experiences relevant to our core objectives. * Spearheading Morpho-owned conferences, ensuring seamless execution. * Identifying and securing speaking and sponsorship opportunities. * Overseeing event merchandise and branded materials. * Setting the creative direction for internal events and company offsites. Morpho is looking for a candidate to help manage events.

Qualifications

To excel in this Events Lead role, candidates should demonstrate: 1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in event management, with 3+ years in crypto or Web3. 2. Proven success in organizing demand generation events and large-scale productions. 3. Exceptional project management capabilities across diverse teams. 4. A commercial approach to defining event objectives and measuring pipeline impact. 5. Hands-on involvement in all event aspects, from planning to execution. 6. Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments. 7. Proactive ownership and independent initiative. 8. Clear and effective communication with stakeholders across various time zones. 9.
