Job Description

Join our team and focus entirely on one of our major pharmaceutical clients as an Event Project Manager. This role involves leading and supporting all aspects of multiple large projects, from the initial briefing to the successful delivery and closing, including logistics and project content. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring adherence to client operational standards, tools, and processes. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, driving effective stakeholder management across internal and external partners. You will also monitor timelines and event budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery, and operate confidently under pressure, managing last-minute changes while maintaining full compliance.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 3 years of event project management experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry within an agency. 2. Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations in Germany and internationally. 3. Proven budget creation, management, and consolidation skills. 4. Demonstrated ability to be highly resilient and maintain composure under pressure. 5. Comfortable operating in environments with complex processes and strict deadlines. 6. Proficiency with delegate management tools, particularly Cvent. 7. Fluent in both spoken and written English and German.
