EU Affiliate Manager

Job Description

Join Kraken as an EU Affiliate Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our global affiliate program. This remote position focuses on the European market, where you'll identify and onboard new affiliates, cultivate relationships with top performers, and leverage data to optimize program performance. You'll monitor content for compliance, implement innovative testing strategies, and collaborate with regional growth teams to drive revenue and new trader acquisition. Own affiliate-driven goals and contribute to Kraken's success in the dynamic world of cryptocurrency.

Qualifications

1. Requires 4+ years of proven experience in KOL or affiliate marketing, ideally within traditional finance or crypto. 2. Must have global team experience, especially with EU affiliates. 3. Must be adept at negotiating placements, payout structures, and terms with KOLs. 4. Must be proficient with affiliate marketing platforms and tools; familiarity with Impact is a plus. 5. Must possess creativity and persistence in pursuing unique partnerships. 6. Must be able to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting. 7. Must demonstrate exceptional data analysis skills and a strong grasp of key performance indicators, including CAC, ARPU, and ROAS. 8. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in an asynchronous environment.
