ERP Functional Data Lead Analyst

Job Description

Join our team as an ERP Functional Data Lead Analyst and play a crucial role in coordinating conversion activities for our projects. You'll be responsible for translating and documenting conversion requirements, as well as driving execution tasks with team members and stakeholders. We're looking for someone to follow project management best practices, work cross-functionally, and ensure that all tasks align with our program goals. Responsibilities include completing functional specification documents, data mapping, and driving conversion progress. Your proactive risk management skills will be essential in identifying and mitigating potential risks. In addition, you will communicate expectations, resolve conflicts, and manage multiple conversion activities to meet program objectives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree. 2. Experience in large scale ERP data migration and conversion, preferably within a supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environment. 3. Experience with multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology. 4. Ability to travel ~ 25%-50% to other major RTX US sites.
