ERISA Consultant

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented ERISA Consultant to provide expertise on technical, plan design, and correction issues for internal and external clients. This involves conducting presentations, reviewing and updating training modules, applying knowledge of Ascensus documents, and completing fee-for-service consultations. The role requires analyzing legislative, statutory, regulatory, or case law guidance to provide accurate and timely advice.

Qualifications

1. Requires 5 years of Ascensus experience or 7 years of industry experience. 2. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is required. 3. Special consideration will be given to candidates with CEBS, QKA, QPA, or CPC designations. 4. Must demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Outlook and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). 5. Must demonstrate excellent client service and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills are required. 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
