Epic Application Analyst Associate

Job Description

SSM Health is seeking an Epic Application Analyst Associate to support and maintain Epic applications and related technical integrations. This role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing end-user support. You'll escalate issues, analyze Epic vendor software updates, and code for the Epic application, including building tables and reports. Additionally, you will update testing scripts, build requirements for configuration changes, and follow project plans for routine tasks. You'll perform standard system testing and organize requirement specifications to inform decision-making. The role also includes other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and education. 2. Must obtain Epic certification within the first six months of employment at SSM. 3. Up to three attempts will be provided to pass the Epic certification exam. 4. No prior experience is required.
