Entrepreneurship Program Manager
Job Description
Lead the centralized implementation of Founder Academy cohorts, covering onboarding, live sessions, milestone monitoring, and grading. Ensure smooth communication and coordination among content, platform, and city support teams. Partner with curriculum and ecosystem stakeholders to continuously enhance Founder Academy's structure and outcomes. Oversee the recruitment and integration of mentors, reviewers, and session facilitators. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and community platform for Founder Academy and incubator programs. Coordinate decentralized delivery of the incubator program across cities, offering central support tools and frameworks. Track incubator progress across cohorts and hubs, aligning cities with shared standards and timelines. Assist in planning and executing final showcase events, including coordinating city contributions and participant selection. Collaborate with the technical team to monitor learner progress and engagement using analytics dashboards. Manage grading workflows, learner support escalation, and implementation of program updates. Define and track cohort-level KPIs, focusing on show-up rates, activation, milestone completion, graduation rates, and learner quality.
Qualifications
1. 8-10 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (e.g., tech, entrepreneurship, consulting, operations, strategy). 2. Proven track record of leading large-scale entrepreneurship initiatives, assuming ownership, and delivering results in high visibility and/or large scale contexts. 3. Strong access to networks and influence within the African entrepreneurial ecosystem. 4. Deep experience in early-stage venture building. 5. Must have led or built founder-facing programs, such as accelerators, incubators, venture studios, or entrepreneurship fellowships and demonstrated ability to guide aspiring founders from ideation through launch in emerging market contexts. 6. Strategic and operational program leadership. 7. Proven experience in designing, evolving, and executing complex, in-country and regional programs. 8. Strong people and team leadership. 9. High emotional intelligence, capable of navigating interpersonal dynamics, mediating team conflict, and supporting diverse talent. 10. Regional familiarity and ecosystem fluency. 11. Deeply organized, tech-savvy, and energized by working with emerging technology startup founders and comfortable navigating complexity across multiple teams, cities, and workflows.
