Job Description

Become a trusted advisor, assisting potential clients in understanding how to effectively implement Ashby. Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to define and design implementation strategies for intricate enterprise opportunities. Convert potential client needs and limitations into a customized go-live plan, encompassing an implementation strategy, key success indicators, and necessary service offerings. Ensure client stakeholders (including executives) are aligned on desired outcomes, schedules, and obligations. Develop, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work (SOWs) in accordance with Professional Services best practices, accurately representing the required scope, effort, and sequence. Participate in sales handoffs to guarantee a seamless transition of recommendations and expectations to the post-sales team. Confirm alignment between pre-sales commitments and post-sales execution by engaging in kickoff meetings for clients with intricate or highly customized proposed strategies. Identify recurring patterns across opportunities (successful and unsuccessful approaches) and utilize this knowledge to enhance our Enterprise Sales process in collaboration with leadership. Improve the timing and scope of service introductions during the sales cycle. Contribute to the creation of playbooks, frameworks, and resources that optimize the selling and delivery of our services.

Qualifications

1. Possess 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS across Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Management Consulting. 2. Demonstrate a strong ability to diagnose business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions. 3. Exhibit experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving significant implementation components. 4. Be comfortable collaborating with both pre-sales and post-sales teams. 5. Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and align cross-functional teams. 6. Demonstrate strong judgment and the ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and operational feasibility.
