Enterprise Risk Analyst

Job Description

Join Monzo as an Enterprise Risk Analyst and play a key role in managing strategic risks and improving risk management practices. This position involves developing strategic risk oversight dashboards, interpreting macroeconomic developments, and producing monthly risk reports. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality, conducting in-depth analysis of emerging risks, and streamlining processes to enhance the usability of risk frameworks. You will also support the operation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and create user-facing documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of macroeconomic and external drivers. 2. Comfortable interpreting data and external trends to form risk views. 3. Experienced in creating macroeconomic monitoring dashboards. 4. Detail-oriented and proficient with G Suite (especially Gemini, Sheets, Docs, Slides). 5. Clear written and verbal communicator. 6. Strategic thinker. 7. Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. 8. Team player who can foster positive and collaborative relationships. 9. A role model for our values and behaviors. 10. Experience in risk management and/or a degree in economics or similar (bonus).
