Job Description

Join MariaDB as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and support customers throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, retention, and advocacy. Guide new customers through MariaDB deployments, consult on best practices, and ensure they realize value. Establish an ongoing meeting schedule with your portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate within the company. Understand customer data strategies and articulate improvements using MariaDB. Proactively address customer issues, collaborate with technical support, and work with sales and services teams for upgrades, migrations, and maintenance. Conduct regular business reviews, showcase value, and encourage participation in company initiatives. Measure and improve customer health, engagement, and value realization. Coordinate with account executives for customer portfolio growth and communicate customer needs across the business to champion their success. Manage your customer portfolio to achieve company net retention goals.

High attention to detail. 11. Proficient in identifying complex business needs related to MariaDB.
