Job Description

Join our team as an Enterprise Business Development Representative, where you will spearhead outbound prospecting to secure qualified meetings and enrich the sales pipeline. Use cutting-edge AI tools and modern sales technologies to thoroughly research accounts, pinpoint key buying signals, and tailor your outreach to resonate with decision-makers. Engage with Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives through phone, email, and social media, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs. Focus on organizations managing vehicle fleets, consistently achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership on messaging and strategic approaches to maximize success.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of BDR/SDR or equivalent experience with a consistent record of exceeding quota. 2. Proficiency in using modern sales tools, including AI-assisted C-suite research and prospecting. 3. Proven ability to engage senior leadership and C-suite executives effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen. 5. Experience in or with fleet-based businesses, such as transportation, logistics, utilities, construction, field services, or telematics. 6. Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions.
