Enterprise Architect – Workday Extend Certified

Job Description

Strada is looking for an Enterprise Architect to define, design, and govern enterprise-grade custom applications and extensions built on the Workday Extend platform. You will be responsible for supporting new and existing clients through Extend strategy and feasibility assessments. This role involves participating in presales activities, defining end-to-end Workday Extend solution architectures, and serving as an escalation point for complex technical and architectural challenges. The ideal candidate will develop reusable Extend components, support the definition of delivery standards, and mentor Extend developers and technical consultants.

Qualifications

1. Requires 8+ years of Workday experience with a platform, technical, or development focus. 2. Must have hands-on experience designing and delivering Workday Extend solutions. 3. Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, security, and tenant architecture is essential. 4. Experience providing client-facing solution architecture and technical leadership is necessary. 5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must. 6. Workday Extend certification is preferred. 7. Experience with agile delivery and DevOps practices is a plus. 8. Prior consulting or technical leadership experience is advantageous. 9. Experience in complex, global Workday environments is beneficial. 10. Willingness to travel as required, up to approximately 30%.
