Enterprise Account Executive – Sports and Entertainment
Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Toast, your mission is to cultivate productive and professional relationships with key personnel within assigned customer accounts and business verticals. You'll conduct market research to uncover selling opportunities and assess customer needs. Proactively seek out new sales avenues through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement. Collaborate closely with the management team and key stakeholders to formulate market expansion strategies aligned with company objectives. Arrange meetings with prospective clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Develop and deliver tailored presentations on products and services. Generate regular sales and financial reports. Ensure adequate stock availability for sales and demonstrations. Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences. Negotiate and finalize deals, resolving any complaints or objections. Work collaboratively with the team to enhance overall results. Construct quotes, provide web and in-person demonstrations, and meticulously log activities into Salesforce. Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals within specified accounts or territories. Develop and maintain strong relationships within the assigned market. Collaborate with senior management to establish sales targets and expand market share and revenue. Work with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and presentation collateral. Spearhead solution development efforts that effectively address customer requirements, coordinating the involvement of all relevant company personnel. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive with a proven track record of successfully selling into the Sports & Entertainment markets. 2. Experience in selling Point of Sale (POS) platforms within the hospitality sector. 3. Proficiency in using CRM software, especially Salesforce, and MS Office, particularly MS Excel. 4. Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. 5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships. 6. Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities. 7. Business acumen and a problem-solving mindset. 8. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
