Enterprise Account Executive

Job Description

Prospect into assigned accounts, initiating meaningful conversations with key decision-makers. Develop and present a comprehensive sales strategy in the designated territory, including a target prospect list and regional sales plan within the first 90 days. Articulate and manage SnapLogic's complex sales cycles, highlighting the value of our complete product suite to decision-makers. Cultivate and maintain key relationships throughout assigned strategic accounts, from technical contributors to C-level executives. Maintain operational discipline by accurately managing opportunities and activities in Salesforce, ensuring satisfied, referenceable customers.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of selling solutions into IT technology. 2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota. 3. Both SaaS and on-premise selling experience are essential. 4. Previous Sales Methodology training, SaaS integration or applications experience, and strong customer references are preferred. 5. Demonstrated success managing the sales cycle from business/IT champion to C-level executives. 6. A proactive, solution-oriented, independent thinker with the highest levels of intensity and integrity. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. 8. A polished executive presence and poise that exudes credibility. 9. Strong negotiation skills. 10. Bachelor's Degree required. 11. Experience working in a start-up environment is strongly preferred.
