Enterprise Account Executive – NAM
Job Description
Join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive, where you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through Acronis's cloud portfolio. This role involves: - Collaborating with customers and prospects within your designated territory. - Engaging in joint account planning with partner sales representatives to expand the sales pipeline and secure deals. - Cultivating and finalizing business opportunities in partnership with Acronis alliances and your sales team across various accounts. - Meeting or surpassing individual and team revenue objectives. - Leveraging partner-generated business with end-users and customers to maximize sales potential. - Proactively developing the sales pipeline by converting sales conversations into qualified prospects. - Maintaining accurate records of forecasts, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce, providing regular updates on dollar amounts, status, decision-makers, and next steps for closing deals. - Collaborating with the regional sales team and systems engineers to advance opportunities to closure, ensuring technical qualifications and product demonstrations. - Performing additional duties as required to meet the expectations of the role. - Improving the lead-to-opportunity conversion rate through targeted strategies. - Ensuring the health and accuracy of the Salesforce pipeline, promptly addressing any discrepancies. - Monitoring and escalating technical case resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Delivering high-quality coaching and support to the sales team.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales-related roles. 2. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work. 3. A willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals. 4. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems. 6. Proven experience in outbound/cold calling (5 years).
