Enterprise Account Executive

Job Description

Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to winning the deal. Consistently exceed your monthly sales targets. Proactively seek out key accounts and work with Enterprise SDRs to discover new business opportunities. Present custom software demos to a variety of potential clients and roles (CFOs, CEOs, COOs, VPs, Directors, Project Managers, Purchasing agents). Conduct onsite meetings with potential customers and represent Kojo at industry events (about 10% travel required). Manage intricate 90-120 day sales processes with numerous decision-makers and diverse teams. Work closely with internal teams (sales engineering, product, leadership, customer success) to advance deals and provide lasting customer value. Use leading sales tools like SalesForce, Outreach.io, and Gong to boost efficiency and pipeline visibility. Act as a reliable advisor and excellent brand representative, showing professionalism and adhering to Kojo's values.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle net new business SaaS sales, preferably in construction, procurement, or related fields. 2. High level of accountability and integrity, delivering results while keeping prospects and stakeholders informed. 3. Experience in high-growth startups, with the ability to adapt sales strategies in a dynamic environment. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and building trust with C-Suite and operational stakeholders in construction. 5. Self-starter, able to own sales targets, thrive in agility, and maintain high performance. 6. Strong organizational skills, with CRM experience for pipeline management and process optimization. 7. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
