Enterprise Account Executive
Job Description
Join Envoy Global as an Enterprise Account Executive and drive new business for our innovative immigration solutions. Prospect and engage Enterprise customers using outbound strategies, referrals, and inbound leads. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract execution. Expand brand awareness and build relationships with key decision-makers. Position our immigration solutions as essential to their people strategy. Meet and exceed sales quotas and contribute to our growth. Collaborate with marketing, customer success, operations, and product teams to enhance customer experience. Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of B2B sales experience in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility, with a proven track record of closing deals in the Enterprise segment. 2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. 3. Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment. 4. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust with decision-makers in Enterprise businesses. 5. Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.). 6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset. 7. Willingness to travel up to 20-30% to engage with clients, prospects and regional events in person.
