Enterprise Account Executive
Job Description
Join Coconut Software as an Enterprise Account Executive, where you'll drive growth by acquiring new Enterprise clients in the Financial Services and fintech sectors. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on building and executing territory and account plans for priority financial institutions. Lead complex sales cycles, navigate RFP/RFI processes, and engage senior stakeholders with impactful demonstrations and ROI conversations. Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate deals and win competitive evaluations.
Qualifications
1. 10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 5 in Enterprise SaaS 2. 3+ years selling SaaS to Financial Institutions (banks, credit unions, or wealth management) at Enterprise scale, with a track record of new ARR from Tier 1–2 FIs 3. Experience selling to large buyer groups/many stakeholders 4. Genuine curiosity and thoughtfulness to understand software's business impact 5. A track record of achieving annual revenue targets of $1M+ in new ARR with six figure+ ACV, multi-year SaaS deals in Enterprise accounts 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. Demonstrated experience consistently exceeding target goals 8. Able to travel weekly/monthly as needed to meet the teams and clients 9. Unquestioned ethics and clarity around doing the right thing 10. Actively explores emerging technologies—especially AI and LLMs—to drive smarter outreach and better outcomes.
