Join ALTOUR as an Enterprise Account Director and take ownership of strategic relationships with our top-tier Enterprise customers. Your mission: ensure their satisfaction, foster retention, and drive revenue growth. As their internal advocate, you'll orchestrate collaboration across various departments to optimize their programs and ensure seamless global delivery. Craft tailored account plans and lead complex global program expansions, all while acting as a strategic advisor on market trends and emerging technologies. Manage executive reporting and contribute to the evolution of our Enterprise account management strategies. This role is critical for maintaining global data integrity, mitigating content disruption, and leading crucial conversations on program performance and innovation. You'll be a mentor to your peers, helping to shape the future of global travel programs.

Qualifications

1. Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts globally. 2. Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale global account expansions. 3. Ability to maintain global program consistency while accommodating local market needs. 4. Extensive knowledge of local market nuances, including regulations and cultural considerations. 5. Deep understanding of corporate travel operations, technology, and global servicing models. 6. Insight into how global touchpoints affect enterprise data quality. 7. Experience in navigating content disruption with a solutions-oriented approach. 8. Strong commercial acumen in deal structures and value creation. 9. Exceptional communication and influence skills. 10. Ability to thrive in a matrixed, partner-led environment. 11. High EQ and diplomacy to translate complexity into clear direction. 12. Openness to innovation and emerging technology.
