Job Description

As an Engineer Lead, you will play a vital role in providing front-line production support for our client's operations team, handling incident response, and managing daily turnover activities. Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to restore service, communicating with clients, and driving issue resolution. You'll be involved in incident acknowledgement and resolution, client relationship management and communication, collaboration and escalation, as well as testing and debugging processes to ensure smooth operations.
