Job Description
Join Neo4j as an Engagement Manager, leading Professional Services engagements. You'll build strong customer relationships, guide clients in implementing Neo4j technology, and manage all delivery activities. Ensure adherence to Statement of Work terms, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for upselling. Proactively identify and mitigate engagement risks, providing regular project performance reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction. Contribute to capacity planning and mentor team members. Facilitate knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams, while promoting Neo4j adoption and ensuring policy compliance. Represent Professional Services in internal initiatives, offering insights to improve products and service delivery.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as an Engagement Manager. 2. Background in professional services or customer service is advantageous. 3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/project management software. 4. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. 5. Customer-focused approach. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Strong problem-solving skills. 8. Experience in managing both small and large projects is a plus.
