VSP Vision is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to enhance internal communications. This role involves planning, producing, and executing internal and external communication strategies to engage the workforce. Develop and implement employee communication plans that align with organizational goals. Collaborate with business partners to execute programs effectively. Identify opportunities to strengthen employment branding and engagement, serving as a resource for related information. Craft clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with employees.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related field. 2. Two years of experience in internal communications. 3. Demonstrated ability to recommend communication approaches. 4. Proficiency in various communication mediums. 5. Strong writing, editing, communication, and planning abilities. 6. Capability to produce clear documentation and reports. 7. Excellent interpersonal skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and employment branding platforms.
