Become the essential link between Product Hackers' vision and its talented workforce. Ensure every internal interaction enriches value and attracts top-tier professionals. Revolutionize each phase of the employee lifecycle into a streamlined, tech-savvy, and profoundly human experience. Spearhead one-on-one sessions to serve as the team's emotional barometer. Translate feedback and metrics, like eNPS and climate surveys, into actionable initiatives. Provide strategic support to managers. Guarantee internal communications are approachable and transparent. Proactively seek out exceptional technical and strategic talent. Serve as the initial critical filter to ensure every new hire possesses outstanding technical prowess.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience (3-5 years) in technical recruitment and HR operations within Tech/Consulting environments. 2. Assertive communication skills and high emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive conversations with composure. 3. Self-sufficiency to identify improvement opportunities and proactively implement solutions. 4. Clear business acumen and understanding of how your role impacts scalability. 5. Proficiency in the digital environment, configuring ATS, HR software, and analyzing data for evidence-based decision-making. 6. English level B1-B2. 7. Residence in Spain.
