Job Description

As the EMEA Marketing Manager for Public Safety at ZOLL, you will: * Spearhead regional marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve ZOLL’s Public Safety objectives in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. * Serve as the primary marketing liaison for ZOLL Territory Managers, enabling effective execution in local markets. * Foster and manage marketing collaborations with distribution partners, ensuring consistency and quality. * Plan and optimize channel marketing programs to boost AED market penetration. * Create promotional materials, including flyers and email campaigns, to support sales objectives. * Localize marketing assets, such as sales tools, website content, and social media activity. * Manage marketing activities around tradeshows and events, collaborating with sales and global marketing teams. * Monitor distributor marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. * Track market trends to inform marketing priorities. * Manage the regional marketing budget to maximize brand impact.

Qualifications

To succeed as our EMEA Marketing Manager, you need: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 2. 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, medical devices, healthcare, or technology. 3. Experience working with indirect sales models and distribution partners. 4. A proven track record in lead generation and demand-driven marketing campaigns. 5. Experience with CRM systems and campaign performance analytics. 6. Strong project management skills. 7. Excellent communication skills. 8. A self-starter mindset.
