Job Description

Spearhead email and lifecycle marketing strategies for a portfolio of client accounts, defining segmentation, automation approaches, campaign planning, and optimization opportunities. Act as a strategic partner, lead discussions with clients, offer recommendations, and align email strategies with their business objectives. Conduct audits, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategic roadmaps to enhance retention, engagement, and revenue across all managed accounts. Steer internal implementation, design, and copywriting teams, guaranteeing deliverables are consistent with the strategic vision for each client. Team up with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent account momentum, strategic coherence, and superior output. Pinpoint opportunities for growth and improvement based on performance data, client needs, and industry best practices in lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

1. Possess 6-7+ years of experience in email, lifecycle, or retention marketing. 2. Must have significant hands-on experience with Klaviyo. 3. Showcase proven strategic expertise in email marketing, focusing on planning, optimization, and performance analysis. 4. Exhibit confidence in direct client interaction. 5. Preference for experience in an agency setting. 6. Preference for experience working with e-commerce brands. 7. Demonstrate a strong ability to develop segmentation and lifecycle strategies based on data and business goals. 8. Capable of collaborating with and guiding cross-functional teams.
