Join RECSA as a Sales Executive and become a key player in our telemarketing sales team. In this remote role, you'll focus on driving sales through effective communication and customer engagement. We're looking for motivated individuals ready to excel in a fast-paced environment focused on debt collection and sales.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 months experience in customer service or sales, telemarketing or cross-selling. 2. Availability for remote work. 3. Own PC or LAPTOP for remote management (8GB RAM and wired internet). 4. Valid National Identity Document. 5. Complete High School education. 6. Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. 7. Rest on Sundays and Peruvian holidays.
