Job Description
Assume comprehensive responsibility for e-commerce operations spanning Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces. Take charge of revenue performance, identifying avenues to amplify sales and enhance margins. Orchestrate forecasting and inventory management to secure product accessibility and uphold efficient stock levels. Convert demand signals into unambiguous production and replenishment mandates for Kira Labs. Guarantee precise inventory monitoring across all platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Sellerboard, internal logs). Supervise the product catalog, encompassing listings, content, pricing strategies, bundles, and positioning. Continually refine listings to boost conversion rates, visibility, and overall performance. Carry out routine SKU-level assessments to pinpoint products poised for scaling, optimization, or discontinuation. Synchronize inventory and forecasting judgments with manufacturing limitations like batch quantities and minimum order requirements. Head up promotional planning and confirm alignment with inventory status and revenue targets. Uncover and rectify operational bottlenecks across e-commerce processes. Spearhead the integration and roll-out of tools such as Sellerboard and allied automation technologies. Sustain and oversee centralized data repositories (Google Sheets, dashboards) for forecasting and reporting purposes. Team up with finance to ensure harmony between inventory figures, purchase orders, and QuickBooks entries. Advocate for system integration spanning e-commerce, operational workflows, and financial infrastructure. Champion the documentation of processes, SOPs, and training content. Deliver crystal-clear reporting and visibility into performance metrics, inventory tallies, and growth ventures. Collaborate across marketing, operations, and leadership teams to inform strategic choices.
Qualifications
1. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing end-to-end e-commerce operations (Amazon and Shopify proficiency required). 2. Comprehensive grasp of both the expansion and operational facets of e-commerce (performance metrics + supply chain dynamics). 3. Proficiency in taking ownership of revenue performance, transcending mere execution. 4. Practical familiarity with tools such as Sellerboard, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Google Sheets/Excel. 5. Insight into inventory planning, forecasting methods, and manufacturing constraints. 6. Experience interfacing with financial platforms like QuickBooks and understanding COGS, margins, and P&L statements. 7. Robust analytical prowess with the aptitude to transform data into actionable insights. 8. Ability to function strategically while maintaining hands-on involvement in execution. 9. Background in constructing or enhancing processes within ambiguous environments. 10. Solid ownership mentality with the capacity to steer initiatives autonomously. 11. Superb communication capabilities and cross-functional coordination proficiencies. 12. Capacity to operate within a timezone consonant with US operational hours.
