Job Description

Seeking an E-mail Marketing/CRM Manager to orchestrate impactful email campaigns and flows that drive measurable revenue. Collaborate directly with D2C brands, making a real impact on their growth by strategically challenging clients and making independent decisions on meaningful tests. Work with data to derive actionable measures.

Qualifications

1. Fluency in written and spoken German. 2. Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in email marketing. 3. Minimum of one year of experience with Klaviyo. 4. Ideally, familiarity with the D2C e-commerce environment. 5. Structured working style and analytical thinking. 6. Strong understanding of data, performance metrics, and customer journeys.
