Job Description
Lead a small team to manage the complete CRM setup using Klaviyo, Shopify, postcard, and WhatsApp marketing. Responsibilities include crafting and refining newsletter campaigns, expanding and implementing automations, and setting up and interpreting A/B tests. Drive the strategic evolution of the CRM and serve clients as their dedicated Account Manager.
Qualifications
1. Prior experience managing e-commerce clients is essential. 2. Must have experience leading a team effectively. 3. Proficiency with newsletter tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend, or ActiveCampaign is necessary. 4. Demonstrable experience in data analytics. 5. Ideal candidates will have experience as an Account Manager in an agency or a CRM Lead on the client side.
