Job Description

Lead the deployment of global site content, managing everything from major product launches to seasonal promotional campaigns. Partner with Growth and Retention Marketing to design high-performing landing pages that drive conversions. Take ownership of on-site A/B testing, implementing and analyzing tests to optimize site performance. Establish and uphold the highest standards for site quality assurance and governance. Monitor key performance indicators, including Conversion Rate (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV), and Bounce Rates, to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

1. Solid professional experience in e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, or product management. 2. Deep experience in global markets (handling multiple currencies/regions) is highly preferred. 3. Proven track record of driving measurable conversion growth through on-site optimization. 4. Strong technical literacy—familiarity with HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, and A/B testing tools.
