E-commerce Product Lister

Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Product Lister to create and upload product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Takealot. The ideal candidate will write clear, accurate, and engaging product titles and descriptions optimized for search. Responsibilities include sourcing and editing product images, ensuring data accuracy (pricing, SKUs, categories), conducting competitor research, monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining organized records of listings and updates.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in e-commerce product listing or a similar data entry role. 2. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central. 3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with written content. 4. Good written English with the ability to craft compelling product copy. 5. Basic understanding of SEO principles as they apply to product listings. 6. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and product databases. 7. Ability to manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining quality. 8. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. 9. Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup. 10. Equipment & Setup: Laptop or desktop computer with reliable performance, Stable high-speed internet connection, Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, Backup power solution (UPS or generator) recommended.
