E-commerce Operations Assistant

Job Description

Assist with processing and monitoring online orders to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely dispatch. Keep product listings updated, manage descriptions, and adjust pricing on e-commerce platforms. Address customer inquiries about orders, returns, and deliveries promptly via email and chat. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve any fulfillment-related issues. Generate daily sales and inventory reports to provide insights to the management team.

Qualifications

1. No prior e-commerce experience needed—comprehensive training will be provided. 2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential. 3. Good written communication skills in English. 4. Basic computer literacy and comfort level learning new online tools. 5. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. 6. Must have a reliable laptop or desktop computer. 7. Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps). 8. A quiet, dedicated home workspace is needed. 9. A backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended) is a plus.
