Job Description

Seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to elevate a dynamic health and wellness brand. This role involves building and launching Shopify stores from the ground up, optimizing existing eCommerce sites for enhanced user experience and conversion rates, and managing various aspects of online store operations. Responsibilities include: * Creating and launching new Shopify stores. * Optimizing e-commerce websites for speed, user experience, and conversions. * Managing product listings, apps, and integrations. * Monitoring store performance and implementing improvements. * Planning, launching, and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales. * Monitoring performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CPA, and conversions. * Continuously testing creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to maximize advertising effectiveness. * Crafting and managing email marketing campaigns and automated flows, including welcome series and abandoned cart sequences. * Analyzing campaign performance to optimize engagement and revenue. * Enhancing brand presence across social media platforms by planning content calendars and coordinating creatives for organic and paid campaigns. * Implementing on-page SEO strategies and conducting keyword research to optimize product pages and content for increased organic traffic.

Qualifications

To excel in this E-commerce Marketing Specialist position, candidates should possess: 1. Proven experience in managing Shopify stores, demonstrating the ability to handle store operations efficiently. 2. A strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies, including the ability to drive traffic and conversions. 3. Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a track record of successful campaign management and optimization. 4. Experience with email marketing automation, including creating and managing effective campaigns and automated flows. 5. Knowledge of basic SEO principles and the ability to implement strategies to improve organic traffic. 6. Ability to manage multiple stores and marketing channels simultaneously, ensuring consistent brand messaging and performance.
