E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

Löwenanteil is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to take charge of our Shopify online store. In this role, you'll be responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of our online shop, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience. You will evaluate and implement new features and tools to enhance the shop's functionality and performance. Key responsibilities include conducting A/B testing and analyzing on-site KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth. You will manage complex e-commerce projects, coordinating internal and external partners in the creation of digital assets. Effective collaboration with other departments and the integration of customer feedback into our e-commerce strategy will be crucial for success in this position.

Qualifications

1. 3-4 years of proven experience in e-commerce 2. Hands-on experience with Shopify (Plus) 3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a similar field 4. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of e-commerce trends and customer behavior 5. Experience in on-site marketing and collaboration with creative teams 6. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS 7. Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and tools such as Google Analytics 4 8. Confident use of tools like Klaviyo, Figma, Google Keyword Planner, and project management systems (e.g., Asana) 9. Fluency in both German and English
