E-Commerce Conversion Manager
Job Description
As an E-Commerce Conversion Manager, you'll play a key role in optimizing online shop conversions. Your responsibilities include: * Analyzing the entire shop funnel to identify conversion barriers. * Evaluating relevant KPIs, such as conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, checkout abandonments, and landing page performance. * Optimizing landing pages, product pages, and shop elements using data-driven strategies. * Monitoring user behavior and deriving concrete actions to improve the user experience. * Planning and conducting A/B tests and other optimization measures. * Collaborating closely with Performance Marketing, Design, Content, and Development teams. * Prioritizing technical and content optimizations with a focus on revenue and user experience. * Documenting results and presenting learnings clearly to the team.
Qualifications
To succeed as an E-Commerce Conversion Manager, you should have: 1. Experience in e-commerce, with a focus on conversion, shop optimization, or growth. 2. A solid understanding of funnel analysis, KPIs, and tracking. 3. Technical understanding of shop systems, data, and integrations. 4. Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working. 5. A hands-on approach and willingness to work operationally in the day-to-day shop environment. 6. While deep coding skills are not required, a confident handling of technical topics is important. 7. Experience with Shopify is a plus.
