E-commerce Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Assistant to support our UK-based online retail clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for: - Uploading and updating product listings on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon. - Crafting compelling and accurate product descriptions optimized for SEO. - Efficiently processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges. - Promptly responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat. - Monitoring stock levels and alerting the team to low inventory. - Supporting promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events. - Maintaining meticulous product data, pricing, and imagery across all platforms.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. A Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. 2. Excellent written English skills with keen attention to detail. 3. Proficiency in navigating online platforms, spreadsheets, and digital tools. 4. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. 5. A genuine interest in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing. 6. No prior experience needed – comprehensive training is included.
