Divisional Vice President, Enterprise Channels
Job Description
Take charge of the BI channel for insightsoftware's analytics portfolio, encompassing Vizlib, Fiplana, and PowerON. Collaborate with Qlik Elite partners and Power BI consulting firms to optimize channel performance. Address existing performance gaps by strategically recruiting superior BI partners. Bolster partner enablement and certification programs. Elevate win rates, shorten time-to-first-deal, and boost the average selling price. Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of channel managers, emphasizing a culture of high accountability and results-driven performance. Assume comprehensive responsibility for channel sales objectives, delivering precise monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings forecasts across all channel territories. Establish robust and productive working relationships throughout insightsoftware's go-to-market functions, including Partner Operations, Partner Enablement, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product/Business Unit leaders.
Qualifications
1. Possess 8+ years of channel sales leadership experience, consistently achieving or surpassing bookings goals via indirect channels. 2. Exhibit proven success in recruiting, activating, and scaling reseller and co-sell partner channels for SaaS solutions in the enterprise or mid-market sector. 3. Demonstrate the ability to effectively lead and develop geographically dispersed channel sales teams. 4. Showcase strong analytical and forecasting capabilities; proficient in using pipeline management tools and generating channel sales reports. 5. Possess excellent communication skills and executive presence, confidently presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders both internally and within partner organizations. 6. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
