District Sales Manager, Neurovascular
Job Description
Join Medtronic as a District Sales Manager, Neurovascular, and drive sales of our innovative products and services within the North Texas region. Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, and nurses. Identify customer needs and provide clinical support during cases, educating clinicians on treatment options. Participate in market research, develop strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to address business opportunities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant sales experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience. 2. 10+ years of Medical Device experience, including 5 years in Neurovascular or Neurosurgery. 3. 3+ years of Sales Management experience. 4. Experience leading teams in a complex medical sales environment. 5. Clinical experience in interventional settings is preferable. 6. Proficiency in medical sales, with a focus on interventional procedures. 7. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 8. Strategic and analytical thinking abilities. 9. Adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
