District Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a District Sales Manager to boost sales and manage distribution channels. The role involves product demonstrations, distributor development, identifying new opportunities, and implementing growth programs. Collaboration with the Regional Manager on strategies and action plans is also expected, along with completing reports and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

1. Must have 5+ years of sales experience in abrasives or related industries. 2. Experience in automotive refinishing is a plus. 3. Valid Driver’s License required. 4. Technical aptitude with problem-solving skills. 5. Detailed knowledge of industry applications and technologies. 6. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
